Show Starts: 8:00 PM (Please arrive 30 minutes early)
Ticket Policy:
Reservations & Payment
- Tickets must be purchased in advance. Seating is limited and tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- All ticket sales are final.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by only The Embers.
Arrival
- Doors open at 7pm
- We recommend arriving atleast 30 minutes before showtime to allow time to check-in, ordering drinks, and finding your seat.
- Late arrivals may be seated at an appropiate break in the performance at the discretion of staff.
Seating
- Seating is assigned based on reservation groups and venue layout.
- If purchasing tickets separately but wish to sit together, please notify us in advance. We cannot guarantee changes on the night of the event.
Age Requirement
- This is a 21+ event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
- No exceptions will be made.
Beverage Minimum
- This event requires a minimum purchase of two beverages per guest during the show.
- Beverages may include alcoholic or non-alcoholic options.
- The two-drink minimum is not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately.
- Guests who choose not to consume alcohol may satisfy the minimum with non-alcoholic beverages.
